We are seeking an exceptionally passionate account manager to help retain our large customer base during winter, close a few incoming sales leads and actively up-sell new products to our current clients.
You are going to need a fantastic phone manner and an ability to take customers who have lost their zest for our water cooler and find an amazing custom solution to help revitalize their Big Blue fever. We promote an exceptionally healthy product and we are one of the largest companies in our industry so you will have the ability to push your talents to the limit.
We have a fantastic team of dedicated people, a really positive work atmosphere and we are planning to move to a new and exciting office before next summer.
Your going to need a full clean drivers license and your own wheels but we will cover any petrol and mileage.
There are four main tasks associated with this position:
1. Retaining customers
2. Up selling our new products to current customers
3. Closing incoming sales leads
4. Management of our strategic alliances
You will be provided with:
1. A healthy and positive work environment
2. Base Salary + commission + the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance - OTE 38-55K

You will be starting at 8:30am 5 days a week, and we will encourage you to work some Saturdays.
Winter is our quietest period and we receive a slightly increased number of retention requests so you will need to be an exceptionally quick learner, great at making unhappy people happy, and you will need to be an expert at dealing with frustration and capable of keeping your cool under pressure.
