All our coolers are supplier on a hire agreement and as part of that agreement you receive an unlimited usage warranty on your
cooler.
All of our warranties are on site which mean that we will always come to you. If something were to go wrong one of our agents
will be promptly dispatched to inspect the problem. If it is something that cant be fixed onsite then rather than provide you
a temporary cooler we will often just replace your current one.
Creating an account is easy, there are no bonds or deposits, in-fact there is no need to leave your office, the entire process will take
up less than 16 minutes. Just complete the online
order form or give us a call on 0800 Big Blue. If you use the online order form we will give you a call to arrange a time for
the install and to confirm your order.
At the arranged date and time our installer will call in and ask some questions about the placement of the cooler and
the instal will begin as you sign your rental agreement, it should all be over in less than 5 minutes for a bottle cooler and
35-45 mins for a free flow inline cooler.
There is no danger at all in leaving your cooler on while you are away or if your office will be closed, you could certainly do so
to save power but you would only be saving a few dollars a month.
All of our coolers have non spill drip trays that collect the water that spills when people over fill their cup, preventing the water
from running down the cooler and dripping onto your floor. All of the drip trays are clip on, simply slide them up and out and
empty it in any sink or basin, just remember to put it back.
In the event of a disaster access to clean fresh water is a key ingredient in your survival. The Civil Defense recommends you
store 3L per person per day just for drinking, so a family of four would need 84 one litre bottles to survive a week.
Our bottles store 15L of clean water each so a family of four would only need to store 6 of our bottles.
