How our Water Delivery Service works
Big Blues water delivery service is designed to make your life (well the water part of it) simple and easy. In fact you don’t have to do a thing!
Once we have installed your water cooler we set up a regular schedule, generally fortnightly, for when we are next in your area. Our friendly driver will stop in, replace any empties with full bottles, check you have enough water to get through the next two weeks and leave you with a smile.
Bottled water delivery that’s second to none
Big Blue offers a range of high-quality water coolers, available for delivery to your office now. With New Zealand’s largest water delivery footprint, we’re sure to be able to deliver our hygienic, delicious water to you. All our units are supported by our market leading Envirosafe Service Program, which is included in the rental price, along with our best price guarantee.
- There are no minimum deliveries, so if you don’t need any there are no charges, you only pay for what is delivered
- If you have an event coming up where you will use more water all you need to do is ask the driver or leave them a note and they will give you as many bottles as you need
- In summer you will drink more water than in winter, so as we come into Summer, especially the Christmas period our drivers will start leaving you more water to ensure you don’t run out.
- If you are going through more than 10 bottles a fortnight then we will look to move you to a weekly schedule, if you are going through less than 1 bottle a fortnight then we will ask to move you to a monthly schedule.
- Unfortunately we don’t deliver water everywhere in New Zealand – yet!!

- Waikato including Huntly, Hamilton, Cambridge & Te Awamutu.
- Bay of Plenty including Western Tauranga through to Te Puke & Rotorua.

- The Greater Canterbury Region from Rangiora down to Burnham.

No need to be present. Big Blue’s friendly drivers will deliver your bottled water as scheduled—even if you’re not on-site. You can simply leave empty bottles out, and we’ll replace them with full ones. If you have special instructions, just leave a note for the driver—they’ll ensure your delivery goes smoothly every time. If our Delivery Driver doesn’t think its safe to leave he will make a note and we will give you a call.
