Big Blue is proud to provide water products and services to thousands of businesses from one end of New Zealand to the other. Every month we send out a survey to all of the customers who we serviced in the previous month. We have been running the program for a number of years now and have maintained a staggering 97%+ satisfaction rate with our customers – not bad for the humble water cooler and a testament to the hard work the Big Blue team put in to make sure our customers are satisfied.
When our customers take the time to give us feedback we listen and we act. This approach has served Big Blue well during our 16+ year history so that we now enjoy feedback like the below – it doesn’t mean that there isn’t always room for improvement though!!
